โThis is a great option for independent-minded travelers who want something clean and spacious near the university. There is not much in the way of front desk staff but they communicated smoothly about check in and check out. There is an excellent bakery downstairs on the premises. The kitchen is stocked with basic pots, pans, utensils, etc. Tons of space. There is a bit of street noise as the property is at a busy intersection, so bring your earplugs just in case. Overall, good value.โ
โHotel was fine. Hot tub and pool did not seem too clean. The elevators had intermittent issues. Layout has elevators at one end of very long corridor. My room, of course was at the far end. Went to have a late afternoon drink at the bar, bar was not open. Room was decent and clean, but fridge and microwave would be very nice additions.โ
โWe loved the convenience of being an easy drive to our concert at the Virginia Theater last night (a Monday) and still close to visit campus town. We plan to stay here again, possibly for Ebertfest.โ
โNice hotel on the outskirts of a bigger city which made me feel like I was in a safe area. Multiple dining & shopping places in the direct area. Check in was quick and easy. Decent pool and the bed was extremely comfortable which is a win for me. Bathroom couldโve been a little cleaner as there was hair in the shower but other than that it was a nice convenient hotel extremely well priced compared to others in the area. Would stay again. โ
