“I'm a very picky in terms of comfort and cleanliness, overall the rating I'm giving it's a 9/10. Even though they say it's a capsule size but it's more of a mini room.”

“A good stay for a few nights if you’re looking for inexpensive without the frills. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Filtered water dispensers on each floor, and that was a bonus; bottled water also included in the room. It is convenient that the location is in a plaza, which includes laundromats, convenience stores, and restaurants.”

“Check in process was quite slow and staff not really happy to help. The room was quite old and not maintained. Towels are not clean. The elevator is quite slow, so please plan your check out well. However. It's walking distance to Hextar world mall which convenient.”

On top of that, even the basic dishes were frequently out of stock, making the experience very frustrating. The elevators were another major issue. There was always a long wait, and because they were constantly packed with guests, I often couldn't even get on...

“Use of the pool facility and location. Same as describe on the site.”
