I have to say a very warm thank you to the employee, Max, at this hostel. He went above an beyond helping me out when my scooter broken down. He went with me late at night to go check out the problem and called someone to come and have it serviced. Luckily, the bike was fine. Max answered all my annoying questions professionally and courteously. :)

込み入った場所にあって 、場所に不慣れな私には ホステルを見つけるのは大変だった。もう少し準備していく必要があった。 何度も道を聞いてたどり着いた。 最後にわかったことは 、住居番号を辿っていけば簡単だった ということ。

I ordered male dorm but there is no this option for me because of wrong info by Expedia, hey Expedia , pls refund to me coz I didn’t stay! Staff from British HK was very nice and helpful
