I imagine that the place was really lovely when it first opened but a lack of maintenance, upkeep and proper cleaning has left it rather grimy and run down. The staff were friendly and helpful but a bit unorganized and spoke no English. They did upgrade our room free of charge because our original room we booked was apparently not good.
