"When I booked this resort in Hurghada, Egypt, I included breakfast. However, the person in charge of the room refused to honor the breakfast with the excuse that the booking was for a "standard room", even when Expedia stated that the "English Breakfast" was included. I insisted several times, asking them to honor the booking as it was on Expedia, but we had to pay for breakfast. We felt scammed and robbed. So, before booking with this hotel, make sure to be prepared for the "surprises" such as the breakfast not being honored. We decided to stay here because the reservation was not refundable once your stay began. Otherwise, for sure, we would have moved to another place."

From the very first moment we arrived, we were welcomed with the words “welcome home” – and that is exactly how it felt throughout all 10 days of our stay. We unfortunately lost a gold bracelet during our stay, but the way it was handled was truly impressive. Everyone took it seriously, and it was handled with professionalism and care, which gave us great peace of mind.
