“Good location and rooms good side with filter coffee and chocolate bars available. Breakfast was also really good along with ample parking.
Check in was a bit odd with rooms and building unlocked and no food served on Tuesdays. Side saves were also dusty and staff unsure if breakfast was included which delayed my departure.”
“A beautiful, historic castle outside Edinburgh. Room was very nice--bed comfortable, bathroom clean and roomy enough. Restaurant in the basement is a "must do." Steaks are cooked over a wood fire. Food was superb. Only negative was that I learned if you don't book directly with Melville Castle then breakfast is not included. I used a Expedia to book, so no breakfast included, which didn't seem right given the room prices. Overall a great experience. My wife and I would like to return sometime.”
