I tried getting a hold of the front desk for I would say 3 days and no one was able to answer the phone on any of those days. The phone rings, then a recording plays asking to you make a selection and then it just repeats over and over.
I had a reservation of 1 king bed and was given a room with a queen bed. When I went to ask the front desk to move me to a King bed, the man said all king beds were taken. My husband kept telling him we booked for a room with a king bed to which the man said all king and queen beds are the same size. At the end the man said he could instead give us a room with 2 queen beds.
When we went into the room one of the queen beds had stains and the room smelled funky.
Hallways reeked of weed. Elevator is missing buttons but it was working.
For the $60 cash deposit they make you sign a ticket saying you provided the $60. During check out we asked for the cash back and were provided it with no issues.
