"Good stay. Ok location. Clean facility, Great staff, Had all the important amenities: toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel etc. Breakfast: bread, jam and butter, and cereal. Location. It is not the best if you want to be in the city. 40mins+ For the Haeundae beach, on train 5-10mins/2stops. Gamcheon Culture Village 1hr30mins train+bus, My room. Important note, I had a private room so my experience may differ. High beds, which was a struggle to climb, each step felt so far apart and especially after a full day of walking. However, the room was very well organized for a solo traveler: desk, bed, closet, chair... The place looked like the picture however, the space was smaller than indicated. Not a big deal but something to know. However, if you are there for long hours and there are many people staying during your time, it can feel small when passing through the halls or finding a quiet spot. Lucky I had a private room. Shower door were short, so you can see the persons next to you. Staff. They were amazing, felt like an extended family the entire stay. Overall, great stay."

"The Pros: This place was very clean and had a fabulous view to the ocean (we had a suite with two rooms). I wish the layout of the room was a little different to maximize relaxing and taking in the view (the front area is dedicated to a hot tub we did not use). They have a front desk and have convenient luggage storage if you arrive before check in. The location was in walking distance to the main strip and very close to the beach, so that was good. The Downsides: They do not clean the room daily (you choose the day(s) depending on total night stay). When they did come the day we asked for, it happened very late in the afternoon (unexpected since most hotels clean earlier) and we were already back from lunch (around 2pm) and were taking a rest so we told them to leave (and ultimately never got any cleaning service - but they did leave fresh towels). The other downside is that we were not aware that they have permanently closed the pool. The first picture for this hotel is of the pool, so that was actually a really big bummer for my kids. I think they officially closed it a couple months back. Lastly, it wasn't terrible by any means, but the beds are really small. I'd say they are US sized double beds. My two teenage sons refused to share, so one ended up sleeping on the couch. Overall, given the unnotified closure of the pool and missed cleaning, I'd still give it a solid 4 stars for the beautiful view that we got."

"This is kinda old hotel so if you are used to popular hotel chains, I don’t recommend. Overall kept clean, but still old. And when you are assigned a room, please make sure to get a room at higher floors above 10 because lower ones are quite stuffy because of the sauna at the level 2. Was initially offered a room at 3, but I immediately realized that I needed to get a different room. The staff looked a little tired but quite friendly and helped me quickly. Please note higher floors are more expensive. I paid additional 90,000 KRW for the switch."
