“The staff was super nice. We were very unsatisfied with our room and they jumped to please us. They were so nice.”

“The gentleman that was working in at the counter was extremely difficult to understand plus, he couldn’t understand what I was saying, and I speak English very clearly so we were disappointed with that aspect. The rest of the hotel was nice and clean. We had no issues with that just the gentleman at the counter totally satisfied.”

“This was our first stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites. We reserved two rooms and checked in late. Our destination was Chattanooga, Tennessee, and this location was conveniently situated halfway on our drive from Norfolk, Virginia. The front desk staff who assisted us was very friendly and courteous. He was also very helpful when we needed assistance obtaining coffee from the lobby. I would rate this experience five stars if not for a small issue: I noticed a dried, sticky substance on the blanket....

“An old building budget motel with maybe a few permanent residents and no fancy cars in the lot but worked well for this old biker. The room was recently painted and clean. No bugs, a hot shower with great pressure. Waffle house across the street, McD next door. A good view of the famous mountain.”
