"Travel is much less stressful coz I know my stay is in good hands. As a member, I value the good pricing and early check-in options. The hotel is located in a great area surrounded by good plazas with restaurants/ convenience malls etc that makes your stay more comfortable. In short - Home away from home’"

"Overall the property was fine for a very short stay, but the rooms need some serious updating. The tub was old and the drain was broken. The lightening was poor in the room and the one restaurant had very bad food options. The area itself wasn’t safe and I wouldn’t recommend for solo travelers."

"I travel to Pleasant Hill monthly, thought I'd try this hotel. Property needs major updates: old creaky elevators, stuffy hallways/no AC, unpleasant smells in room, rooms need updating and freshening, cramped bathroom vanity, poor lighting and LOW water pressure. Loud guests/party next door/hallway/balcony through 12-4 a.m. even after I called front desk TWICE. Will not consider staying here again."

"Hannah and the concierge were amazing. I told them about the special occasion I was there for - a Bob Dylan concert to celebrate my mom and dad’s 50th anniversary (and his passing a few months ago). They gave us a beautiful note and a bottle of Chandon. What a class act. It meant so much to feel heard and gave that special touch. Their food and drinks were also delicious. We had a gem salad with rotisserie chicken and lime drops (light on the simple syrup). For breakfast we split the bagel. Only a catch there, but they gave us crème freche instead of cream cheese and pickled onions instead of regular red onions. Note to room service: regular cream cheese goes on a bagel not crème freche and pickled onions go on tacos, not bagels. It’s a thing ;) Otherwise, stellar time and will be back. I loved how quiet the property was and the beds were super comfortable and fluffy, but not too soft. Thank you for a wonderful memory!!"
