"Loved my stay! …. Treated myself to a nights stay after a stressful week and it was just what I needed. Chloe and Ronnie checked me in and gave me a complimentary upgrade to the Dahlia kingsize room which was glorious …. So beautiful and clean, the bed was also super comfortable. I used the spa and the gym and both were superb. The staff here are AMAZING .. so efficient and polite and helpful. Will definitely be booking again soon. "This Biulding oozes history and charm. While it is clearly a little tired and basic on the accommodation, which is reflected in the price. The breakfast was exceptional and amazing value! (it was inclusive). All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. "I would give 5* just for the breakfast staff working Saturday 18th, all super friendly and had a good attitude (Steven, Mara, raka). Too many issues with the room, ac not working properly, window broken, water leaking which affected water pressure, this wasnt told to us at check in, only found out when we called to complain, they charge you £6 just to send up some ice."
