The staff were really helpful, we arrived very early and they emailed us well before our check in time to say we could have the room early (this was very much appreciated after a 10 hour overnight flight) Location is great and the views are amazing too!

The only issue is it lacks working space for business travellers as all the tables are too low down and many people have given the same feedback.
