โWhenever we are in Spokane we make it a point to stay at the Davenport. We have looked at all the old photos over and over many times. It is such a beautiful hotel and the new bar and Emporium are a great addition!โ

โFar away, this is probably the best hotel in Spokane, Washington. Cool historic vibe updated with moderate amenities. The staff is attentive and very professional. Sophia at the front desk and Harris, the valet, both fantastic and made my stay that much better. Additionally, the fitness room is modern and well maintained.โ
โThe front desk staff was wonderful in helping us resolve 3 problems - one was with our reservation; then they called to say we had left a cane in the room. It was one of our hiking canes. They have gone over and above helping us have an enjoyable stay, for which we are very thankful, especially since we were stressed because a family member was in hospital. โ
โThis is an excellent property, close to Sacred Heart hospital that provide a very comfortable stay. Found a lively little night spot next door and all the Spokane South Hill amenities close by. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Spokane!โ
โI booked a K w/sleeper sofa in case my nephew wanted to spend the night (he did). Check-in was easy, and I appreciated MaryAlice's help in getting the Bonvoy app to get points for my stay. She also offered an assortment of flyers w/coupons & menus when she heard us say we were going to find someplace for dinner, and got a "bed in a bag" set for the sofabed. She also let us know that there would be fresh-baked cookies later at the desk. Our room only had 1 cup and 1 k-cup, but MaryAlice gave us...
โThe poolside drinks is fun. The pool is busy but thereโs a lifeguard. We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food and drinks were good. Beds were just right. Four people and four towels - great job (some hotels donโt do this). We stayed 2 nights and room was tidied the first day (garbages emptied, towels exchanged, and beds made). Great location across from downtown and close to shopping. โ

Complimentary breakfast is also provided directly next door at what I believe is their supplemental business. No stale, cellophane wrapped Danish here folks. Eggs, sausage, etc....
Room was clean & quiet (although if things went sidewise they had considerately provided ear plugs :-))

โWe enjoyed our stay. Customer service at this location is top notch. From Front Desk, Maintenance, restaurant- Spencerโs, and the breakfast staff are professionals. My wife and I always felt as we are welcomed into their home. Once again, thank you for a great weekend staycation.
