"Can’t complain much, it’s a nice hotel. Looks better on the inside than the outside of the building. Room service was friendly and above and beyond, I asked for sugar for my coffee and room attendant brought me four different kinds of sugar lol. BUTTT one of the girls working at reception is absolutely incompetent. Super distasteful and rude with how she speaks to people. And for checkout, it cost $50 for an extra 30 minutes. But it was clean and comfortable. "

"Their entrance system after hours is completely bogus. You have to ring a bell after hours and so when I arrived at 2am, rang the bell, and no ring, no staff, had to wait in the cold for 20+ mins. Why can’t they be a normal hotel and have card entrance available? "

"The hotel is a nice boutique hotel located downtown. Its nice and clean and quiet. I personally didn't enjoy the whole open concept bathroom as I enjoy a bit of privacy but thats just me. The parking is an issue....$26 with no in and out privileges just doesn't work for me. Overall the hotel isn't my style and wouldn't go back but it is a nice clean and quiet hotel."

"Bathroom/ shower walls throughout room were extremely dirty. Only redeeming quality was the polite service and friendliness of the staff. Very disappointed about the accommodations. My wife refused to use the shower due to all the mold and other issues with the bathroom. Very disappointed."
