Always a warm welcome from the owner and you couldnโt find a more beautiful setting to wake up.Deer often walking around the grounds in the early morning when you open the curtains of your perfectly decorated room.โ
โA great country pub to stay at. Very quiet and rural, coutry lanes all around. Very welcoming and friendly and great breakfasts. Rooms were to a high standard and the staff were great. It was just a pity that our stay had to be cut short by 3 days due an incident at home. Would like to return next yearโ

โHad an absolutely fabulous week at the Parson Woodforde. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming and a credit to Mark and Maria :) The food was incredible, all local produce with lovely fresh seafood specials and all very well seasoned! The roast on Sunday was one of the best Iโve ever had and we were made to feel very welcome and given loads of useful local information, nothing was too much trouble and the rooms were immaculate. โWe stayed for an event at UEA and the location was perfect for this. Setting was beautiful in a small village with a river running through -great for an evening stroll. Our bedroom was very very close to the road which becomes a commuter cut through in the mornings. This did lead to some unwelcome traffic noise from around 530am. โ
โSingle room for 1 night, a bit cosy but the price was unbeatable. Quiet, clean, comfy bed, good shower amenities, easy parking, polite staff, good wifi.
Only improvement I can suggest is to put a darker curtain as quite a bit of light goes through during summer.โ
โSlept well and comfortable staying in this hotel. The breakfast is fantastic and well served.
Receptionist is very friendly and nice
I would stay here again for next visit to Norwich.โ
