"Beautiful place, with amazingly kind staff. Rooms are spotless, with extra amenities for luxury. Absolutely love staying here. "

"The hotel is in the middle of Leicester and does NOT have the parking they claim to have so nowhere to park. Room handles and floor were sticky and bathroom had no heating so was like an ice box. As an experienced traveller I always request a quiet room and I was on the first floor at the back of the hotel. Traffic and general noise was high and the noisiest bin men in the Country crashed around at 600am having loud conversations with hotel staff. This is the 15th hotel I have stayed in this year and the only one I have left a negative review. "

"Reception staff were exceptional and a credit to the hotel. Blossoms bar and restaurant - under staffed and underwhelming. No lift working and we were on 3rd floor. "

"Didn’t have breakfast. Minimal interaction with staff but when I did they were very helpful. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby but also a few beggers and rough sleepers, but that, sadly is Northampton for you."

"The breakfast was great on the whole, although I would’ve liked a wider array of cheeses on offer and cold cuts of meat. It was really pet friendly and I brought my cavapoo so thank you. The staff were so kind and helpful, especially the sales manager and the front reception staff. They were very keen to help. I was really impressed with the location and the grounds which was ideal for doggies and the vintage heritage railway station and classic trains just round the corner at was a wonderful surprising bonus. "

"Hotel was ok, room was a long walk but that's ok. Check in/out with Ashley wasn't great... Not one please or thank you which doesn't give a good first impression. Felt like I was doing him an inconvenience! "
