“The hotel was aesthetically pleasing to the eye. However the rooms are not practical. The shower makes a huge mess and constantly dripped. bidet did not work, there is no place to charge your electrical toothbrush. There is only one small bin in the bathroom. No amenities in the room. There is no sitting area or stools in the room you can only sit on the bed. From a females perspective it can be very inconvenient to get dressed due to the limitations. Additionally we had a terrible first day...

Every minor or major request was met with utter kindness, competence and a quick solution, everyone was happy to help with any question or wish that came up. The breakfast is really delicious, also because the hotel has an own farm, where they get fresh fruits, vegetables, meat and dairy products. Behulpzaam personeel die zelfs ontbijt-to-go regelt bij uitchecken voor de ochtend. Vlak aan het strand, nog geen bedjes vanwege het laag-seizoen. Gelegen aan een lange boulevard met veel hotels en horeca.”

“The facility would get 5 star for location, cleanliness and staff. The only reason I gave it a 4 overall was because of facility condition (internet went out, and doors were locked at 7 am and I had to find a way out of 3rd floor to exit building) and breakfast (the quality wasn’t that great, with coffee being particularly horrific). I have to particularly commend the staff. They were consistently helpful. ”
