"Stayed a short two nights. The room was spacious, comfortable and although on lvl 2 of the resort the view was still stunning. Had breakfast once but was expensive and average so we chose to eat elsewhere the rest of the time. All in all while the product sold was excellent, in terms of value for money i would not recommend nor would i stay here again. We picked this place to experience the grandeur of a bygone era, and two nights at AUD3,000 was a bit steep. Super convenient for the gondola,...

"I really liked how clean it was and how many amenities they had. One thing I didn't like was you had the slam the door shut or it wouldn't close so that makes it loud for your neighbours. We could hear doors closing a lot. "

"Stay was ok! Room was very nice, spacious as well. Appreciated the little kitchenette during our stay. Service from check in was not very friendly. I felt like I was just a number and they just wanted me to pass through. We asked for extra pillows after we returned from dinner, and the lady at the front desk gave us a facial reaction like we were crazy, and then she said they had no pillows. "You can never go wrong staying at a resort in the mountains. Pyramid Lake Lodge is in great location, off the beaten path and away from the hustle and bustle of the Jasper townsite. Room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. What’s not to like !"

"I liked the ambience, quietness and amenities. I would have hoped that I dont have to pay for bottled water in the room. It would have been better if the cost of water is embedded into the cost if the room, but not advertized as $4/bottle. Thay really disgusted me to see that I have to spend to get water when in so many other hotels, its complimentary."
