For example, I told them a list of restaurants (outside of the hotel) that I wanted and they made reservations and ordered a taxi. They even emailed me the itinerary. Privacy, customer service, cleanliness, views and pampering were all top tier. Bring some off because the mosquitos are present but that’s majority of the island.
