Such a lovely place to stay. The apartment was in a building connected to the main mansion, so make sure to follow the directions that are sent to you about finding it if yours is there as well. Perfectly decorated, very comfortable room. The main mansion, it was so lonely and authentically historic. The owner and the operator is on call when she is not there. Do not hesitate to call her. She gave me a wonderful tour of the grounds, including the hunting lodge and hothouse.

The property is beautiful and the room lovely and comfortable. I had a great facial treatment at the spa and spent a few hours after relaxing in the facility. I like that they require hotel guests to reserve times to visit the spa so that it does not become crowded. Unfortunately, we were not able to dine at the restaurant, as it was not open while we were there. We were able to enjoy the breakfast buffet, which was quite nice. We stayed in Room 319, a mini suite with a bedroom, sitting room, and bathroom. The two major rooms had a television, two windows, and views of the Belfry Tower (also overlooking the roof tops of neighboring residences. The hotel is located on the canal where you can get on a boat to ride the canal. Staff were very helpful and all who we encountered spoke English very well. We thought the room and hotel was excellent and one we will rebook on a return trip.

most beautiful place where we have ever stayed !! the rooms were huge and the restaurant was the best we have had all in europe! There is a private court yard and it is a beautiful castle in a quiet little town. This is family owned and they are very nice ,sweet and hospitable. This will be our best kept fairy tale when we come back next year and for years to come. Makes us feel like royalty and the bathrobes and slippers and all the extra towels highly recommend this !!

THIS is a superb choice. We felt safe and oriented because it is near multiple forms of transportation. The hotel is very clean, the hotel staff are attentive, helpful and friendly. The breakfast would be reason enough alone to stay here: the choices are first class and inmaculately presented. The breakfast staff are polite and efficient. I do not know if you can do any better than Thon Hotel EU. The day we arrived we were greeted by the Hotel Manager and he was extremely kind and helpful....
