"Amazing 4 night stay! Room was spacious, modern and exceptionally clean. Staff were welcoming at the front desk. Bar staff in the lobby were amazing! The young gentleman bartender from Brussels was hospitable and a great server! "
"Location a significant attraction. Short walk to restaurants and to many of the sites in the city centre, yet not overly busy right around the hotel. Easy to get to if you're driving. Parking about 100 metres away for 15 euros daily."
"Clean, modern bright hotel
Very well equipped, great location. Female receptionist upon arrival and departure was efficient and friendly, in a business like way. The breakfast staff member was also pleasant. On Saturday afternoon upon returning to the hotel after being out all day, I had popped down to the restaurant to request some milk for the tea and coffee in our room... The woman in the restaurant was quite rude and barked at me that she'd have to charge me for milk.. I hadn't realised there were sachets containing dried milk in the room as the sachets looked like sugar. Once this had been established I was happy to use these. That small encounter soured the experience of customer service. The staff member making me feel like I was requesting something for free that I wasn't entitled to! Not very hospitable service on that front!"
"Perfect location in the centre of the old town. To avoid the parking problems get an emissions permit online and go to "Onderstratt 75" on your satnav. You can drive straight into a carpark under the hotel, take the ticket and pay for parking at reception. Worth the extra for a central location and stress free parking."
