“The staff and service at Reef Haven were amazing!! The dock, water at the dock, the pool, bars and restaurants were all wonderful and beautiful. Our room was clean, spacious, well decorated and had more amenities than we expected . We has a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with kitchen, balconies and ocean view. The beach would be beautiful if it wasn’t for sargassum’s but that’s a problem all over the Caribbean facing this way. We only spent 2 nights and realized once we got there that they don’t offer...

“Pool was nice and it’s a beautiful spot close to everything but there were bugs in and around our bathroom sink and our shower head didn’t work and the restaurants in the area had random hours that they went by and they also don’t mention that to get to the other half of the hotel you have to take a ferry until you get there but staff was super nice and respectful and cleaned our room everyday. ”

“The resort was great the problem is when you go to Belize you shouldn’t spend more than it cost to go to Grand cayman! They charged high prices for everything… I mean everything! Even ice for your room was expensive. Also there was really no beach to speak of at the resort and no where close to get in the water unless you go to secret beach which is super crowded. Super Over expensive. The pool was great, but I don’t go to the Caribbean to sit by a pool.”

“Great place with nice beach and pool. Restaurant and bar on site. Great staff. Rooms include kitchenette with full size fridge. There is no competition for the loungers at the pool or beach. There is also a concierge onsite for arranging outings. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. ”

“When we got there the room was fresh and clean . Friendly staff , so helpful and very very attentive.. clean beach ! Felt very safe , when I woke up for the early sunrise on sea front . Very private and relaxed feel. Food and cocktails were delicious.. Had a very pleasant stay with my family. Definitely a place we would stay again. ”

“It’s a good place for one night but lacks amenities and no restaurants close by. Staff is super helpful though. I did not like that they charged exorbitantly for water and coffee pods. Otherwise, room is clean and comfortable. We only stayed there the night before heading back home. ”

“Lovely room, get a beachfront one! Great restaurant, pool smaller than you'd think from pics. Lots of seaweed on beach and in the water, not great for swimming but maybe this isn't always a thing. Great pier to relax on. Full moon was a fabulous time to be on the beach”

“Wonderful spacious cabanas, so cool inside with large beds and a roomy shower. The on-site restaurant was also fabulous. The staff were incredibly helpful. This north side of the Split on Caye Caulker is pristine and quiet. Town is a short hop on a golf cart and 2 min ferry ride. ”
