“sunrise in the morning is beautiful. Italian restaurant is very good. Breakfast is not bad”

“Great Service and Amenities, but Shuttle Schedule Needs Improvement”

“The staff were fantastic and the facilities are amazing.”

“Walls are so thin that I could hear the people in the next room snoring and not only hear them speaking on the phone but also the callers. The hotel stank of tobacco and the staff is generally quite rude and unhelpful. The location was the one positive thing about this hotel, as you can easily access shops and restaurants of Bansko.”

“Zimer, personal und das esen war gut”

“Very helpful staff, big rooms, approx. 50m2 and very comfortable with kitchen and everything else. Qu”
