"A great place to relax in the countryside. Animals right on the doorstep. The journey over the gravel road is really worthwhile. We would visit the place again, as this time the bad weather thwarted our plans."

The locking of the gate at 6 was a surprise to us and it would be nice to mention it or highlight this, phoning to say we are running 30 min late we did not get an option….very stressful on that road. Arriving we realised that the gate was manned and could have been opened for us 😟 The restaurant is very pricy, would be popular if there could be some cheaper family options. "Wunderschöne Lage, die Tiere laufen um die Cottages herum. Schöner Stil, wir waren überrascht wie schön es dann doch vor Ort war. Selten einen so schönen Sternenhimmel gesehen. "

"Even though the weather was less than warm and welcoming, the owners were not. They were absolutely friendly and extremely helpful in every regard. The accommodation site was beautiful, very functional and very comfortable. The shopping centre is within walking distance and so are the beach and harbour. We hope to visit soon again, perhaps during summer to explore in better weather conditions"

"Wonderful spacious home for families and large groups. This is a self catered home so ensure that you bring everything you need. Nice place to braai, or just chill. Definitely recommend and I will stay here again given the chance."
