“We had an overnight stay here after we got off the ferry from Newfoundland and before we picked up our rental car - and we wished we’d had longer. Really a lovely guest house - our room was large and comfortable with its own balcony (both outside and inside) and bathroom all of which worked well. A very comfy bed. “The place was quiet, clean and comfortable. Actually, great overall, the only negative thing I could complain about was the very strong smell of cleaners in the room. We had to open the windows and turn the a/c on for a few hours before the smell was actually bearable to stay in the room. This is not good when you are allergic to scents!! We would definitely stay again, but would ask to view the room beforehand to make sure there was no strong smell of cleaners.”
