This would not be too bad if the tap water so was not so heavily chlorinated. If you typically drink water before bed or during the night then make sure you bring water with you.”

“I chose Travelodge Sydney through Hotels.com because I wanted to use the swimming pool and enjoy the breakfast service. The notice on the Hotels.com website stated that both amenities were available. However, when I arrived at Travelodge Sydney today, I found that the swimming pool was closed, and breakfast was provided in a bag instead of the expected service. Hotels.com should be held responsible for ruining my trip.”

“Although the front staff were absolutely lovely, the room was not entirely clean. After locating an already used bar of soap in the shower sitting on top of the shampoo and conditioner bottles and hair on the walls, I asked the front desk if housekeeping could go and clean the washroom. They were deeply sorry and said they’d send someone right away. After being out of the room all day I came back to them having been there to “clean” but the bar and hair were still there. “No shoes allowed from the front door throughout the hotel. So take some slippers!! The owner makes you feel like you are invading here space and makes you feel like her time is more important than the customers time. There are lots of rules and $100 potential fine if you make a sound or wear your shoes. The owner can be quite sarcastic . Lastly She was upset by the amount paid. I booked online so they set the price not me.”
