“We picked Amber Beach Lombok for our anniversary trip (we stayed for 3 nights last week), and the basic comforts let this stay down. Our first room had no hot water, weak air conditioning, and a generator right next to it that ran loudly all night when the power went out. We barely slept. Staff moved us the next day, and the new room had working AC and hot water, but it had a persistent unpleasant smell [musty, drains, damp], and the TV WiFi did not really work. Our massage on day two was...

“Me and my husband went here for our honeymoon and it was the best experience ever! The staff was amazing and they are really helpful and fun to be around. Keep in mind this resort is inside a nature reserve jungle so if you’re thinking about visiting the outside cities or villages you would need to arrange a shuttle with the resort or get a taxi because it is in a secluded area. Every part of this resort has amazing views and if you get lucky you might see a monkey outside your villa”

“Nous avons séjourné au Mandala Eco Resort au mois d'octobre 2026. Lieu incroyable. Les villas sont magnifiques, propres et fonctionnelles. Attention cependant a l'accès: il y a 1.5km de chemin de a faire , cabossé. Guillaume”

“Déjeuner super bon, ambiance le fun et employés très accueillants.”

“It's the worst accommodation. ”

“Posto molto bello, strutture in bamboo magnifiche. Purtroppo non sapevamo della presenza delle scimmie, che hanno un po’ influenzato il nostro soggiorno. Nulla da dire, è il loro habitat, ma ce n’erano molte e siamo stati per lo più chiusi nella stanza per evitarle. Servizio navetta per aeroporto costoso rispetto alla media.”

“What an incredible place. It’s not just a hotel, it’s a feeling. You feel it as soon as you arrive, the welcome is so warm each time you return. The taxi service they offer is amazing too, nothing is too much!”

“가성비 좋은 숙소 조식이 매일 비슷하여 힘들었다.”

“The property was in a very central position only an easy 5 minute walk to Kuta. Loved our pool. Rooms were very spacious. Staff friendly. Would highly recommended.”

“Clean and nice hotel. About twenty minutes from Kuta beach. You have everything g you need for a quiet stay at the hotel. Beach pool volleyball and the rooms are clean and quiet ! It does take about 45 minutes to airport and the road is a little off the beaten path but you will love it once you’re there ”

“Great location, Great pool. Too much light coming in from other villas. All walls are windows with blockout curtains but with outside lights on tops too bright like daytime. The property needs to turn exterior lights off at 9pm. The music from the shack restaurant next door too loud, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You definitely need earplugs. But location ideal and the villas are nice.”

“Loved staying here!”

“The reason I cannot rate Tias Villas above 3 stars is because of the Villa design. We stayed at “Jungle 4”, which is a high ceiling type with staircase without rails and sleeping at the first floor with open view to the downstairs area. It looks good, but it is incredibly impractical. It is clearly designed without prior development experience. Results: huge volume of air that needs cooling- aircons cannot follow along. Mosquitos can hide and will hunt you at night. No curtains, so you cannot...
