“Our room was large, very comfortable with a king bed and sofa bed. The large walk-in shower was a plus. The room was not so good with noise between floors and from the hallway. Wasn’t enthusiastic about the check in area being in the coffee shop. That being said, we would definitely stay there again.”

“While they offer breakfast, it is only continental”

“I was checking in late and needed help finding the property. Brian who was at the front desk the night I checked in was helpful in helping me find the property. When I arrived he was quick to check me in after my hours long car ride. He let me know what I needed to know and got me my room so I could go relax. In the morning, the breakfast was stocked and the seating was amble. The tables were clean. Checkout was a breeze. I will be up to the UP often and will be staying here again.”

“Our room was great with a in-room jacuzzi tub. No major frills & a little dated in decor, but our room was clean & smelled wonderful, like lavender - the whole hotel was very clean, continental breakfast was amazing and the on-site hot tub was giant, very hot and relaxing after a day of hiking in the snow. We would recommend and definitely stay again! ”

“I’ve stayed here a handful of times and every time has been a nice stay with good staff. Location is well maintained, breakfast is pretty good and fresh.”

“Entire facility needs updates. Hot tub was on but no bubbles, disgusting. Plugs don't work. Bathroom plug had a broken end of a plug hanging out of it. Ironic that the plants in pool area were dead from dryness? Pool area was cold. Breakfast was sad. Staff was friendly. But one person cannot run it all as we learned when our key would not work after a visit to the pool and we waited alone at the front desk for 15 minutes. Not recommended. ”

““Breakfast” was nothing much but the room was just what we needed for visiting family in Rapid River. Nice to have the option to bring our cat so she did not have to stay with the local family dogs. ”

“The pool is still out of order which s disappointing since it’s a really nice pool. The staff should tell the people checking in that the pool is out of order and it should be made known when making reservations. The hot tub was great. Beds are comfy, it’s quiet for sleeping. Even though the location is on a busy road, it’s surprisingly quiet. Check in and out is quick and easy.”
