“You get what you pay for. It was pretty nasty. The device the lamps by the bed had tripped a breaker and it literally looked like blood on it. Moved rooms - there was no bedding for the pull out sofa. The towels were not 100% cotton, therefore did not dry as well. Towels/wash cloths looked dingy/dirty. Continental breakfast was out of waffle batter, syrup, eggs, bacon at 7:30 AM and no one to fill it.”

“Had window air conditioner which was very loud. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. But when i opened the door to the mini fridge to put a bottle of soda in it, it stunk. Smelled like sour milk. It made the whole room stink. It is by a busy highway, so early in the morning you can hear a lot of traffic noises. (If the ac isn't on ti drown it out). The guy who checked us in was very friendly. We were only there one night. We did mot vheck out breakfast options.”

“Don’t let the bad reviews deter you. This place is GREAT for the price. Clean room, clean linens, the shower was piping hot and the water pressure was great. Comfy beds, nice pillows, plenty of towels in the room. If yours looking for a cheap place to sleep pick this place! I’ve had $300/night rooms not deliver what this place did, oh best part- the staff is amazing and helpful and polite. I have a medic alert service dog and they didn’t give me any grief, were educated on protocol/laws, and...

“The room appeared to be clean, but ended up killing a cockroach by the tv, had ants in our bathroom and our beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. I usually enjoy Best Western, but unfortunately not this trip.”

“The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only negative i had during my stay was the overwhelmingly strong scent of the carpet cleaner used in the hallway. It was so strong it would butn your nose. I did not smell it anywhere else like that. Only my floor. ”
