"They refused to acknowledge my booking via hotels.com for $25 per night. I had no choice but I pay €28 to them for the night instead. That guy even told me that I had to stay for 2 nights. I said “No way”. There was no towels or shampoo. The place smells like sewage at times due to the heat and humidity. Checked out at 11 pm for the airport. Located in a deserted place with no real restaurants or shops. I wouldn’t recommend this place even it’s $10 a night. "

"very old room furniture that is in a very bad condition, fridge not working, closets and beds almost expired. in general whole hotel needs renovation. level of cleanliness for rooms, restaurants, public toilets very poor. All inclusive offering extremely poor, no bottle of water could be provided but have to go get from water dispenser, no fresh juices, no ice creams, coffee is provided in Nescafe classic only, food quality very poor. staff doesn't help. staff appearance and cleanliness very...
