The carpets are all sticky, the hallways smell of cigarettes, the beddings are thing and stained, the towels are very old and heavily used and stained. There was a stench in my room, I could hear my neighbors next door…in a nutshell, not worth I paid for but more affordable considering the alternatives..”

“The property is undergoing significant renovations. They do not disclose this until you get there. This should be disclosed before the guests arrive. Things are kind of a mess. And the whole place smells like a construction zone. Normally, has been a nice place when they have their stuff together. Personally, I believe the place should be closed until the renovations are complete. But if not, let guests know what is going on in advance.”

Both times, I had multiple experiences at the front desk where staff didn't even look up from what they were doing and said, "Can I help you?" with exasperated facial expressions that appeared as if I was an annoyance or chore. “Loved loved loved the gym and breakfast! Such a nice place!”

“The floor was pretty gross when we first walked in (hair strands and clumps everywhere, debris, etc). We went down to the front to request a room change or for someone to clean the floor. The receptionist was professional and sweet. Her manager, however, insisted that she cleaned the room herself and how it couldn’t be dirty. Due to their being no other king suite and the manager not wanting to fix the issue, we asked for a refund and left.”
