Employees were helpful and friendly, location next to Rue de Martin cannot be beat! Would stay again.

While not a quaint little hotel in Paris, it has by far the best view of the Eiffel Tower and is is within walking distance of the Champs Elyse. It met all of the high standards of the Hyatt Regency brand.

I will stay here again. Very helpful staff. Had an odd request late one night for a bag of ice to help with a bruised toe. Khalid got a bag of ice for us in less than 5 minutes. Everyone at this hotel is helpful and provided helpful information.

Very courteous front desk staff and excellent Parisian breakfast offerings.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom room, it's called a junior suite or something along those lines and it was absolutely fantastic for our family of four. It had 2 double beds deep in the room, in addition to a tv area and front of room where I could work if I woke up before the family. We are big walkers and the location was famtatic for that as you could set out in multiple directions to desirable neighbour hoods that were lively and fun. Finally we also got the breakfast which was famtatic...gave the fam something to be excited about every morning we woke up

Very cute hotel! Room was small but the AC worked and we had a great view of the Eiffel Tower!

I stayed in 3 CitizenM location over a 1 10 day time span. Amsterdam Schiphol, London Tower and Paris Champs. Paris took the win. Location, room cleanliness, staff, views were perfect. Would definitely recommend. Look forward to staying again.
