“Excellent place”

“Just for starters, our room was very very clean and very nice. Lots of room comfortable, bed. I guess some of the problems were with the outside areas. We noticed outside our patio, a pile of cigarette butts and roaches, and some chipping paint that didn’t appear to have been cleaned up for a while. “The hotel itself is nice. The swimming pool and jacuzzis are good amenty addition. They were very useful after a full day of activity in the mountain. The rooms are big and and lots of space. I was just dissapointed upon check in. We booked 2 adults and 2 kids. The room was set for 2 adults only. Since we drove from city, we came late night. I expected that everything was set. But to my surprise, the bed was not ser. We have to set the sofa bed ourselves and we found dirty towels and linens...

“The hotel staff is very friendly and provides excellent service . The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is not really good. The potatoes are too spicy. We asked the waitress if we could change. She rejected directly and didn’t give us any choices. However, when we had the breakfast in second day morning, we required to change too spicy potatoes. “The bathroom was dirty. Upon check in I asked that someone go in and clean it. When I returned to the room, the bathroom was still dirty. No one cleaned the room the first day. When I asked about it, I was told that they were short staffed. Unbelievable way to operate a hotel! Don’t stay here!”
