"Located in a rundown area. Noisy inside the building from 4am in the morning. Leaking shower base causing water ponding in the bathroom floor. "

"Pool and beach very good. Room was a good size, kitchen only had minimum of utensils. No water at property for last 3 days was a problem"

"On arrival it took almost an hour to check in, when I asked why it was taking so long I was informed that the room I booked was not available. i was finally given a room but although I was told it was like for like, it was not in the main hotel and was quite far from the restaurants and entertainment area. I will make sure my booking is confirmed in the main hotel building next time."
