“Very welcome by the check-in staff. Room ready and spacious and bright, pet made very welcome with no problem. Two night stay used the restaurant both night. Menu full of choice excellent starters and main with great dessert. Second night choose from "bar menu" but in the restaurant, very good choice. Prices very competitive in restaurant and bar. Great stay.... even though we didn't visit the Zoo!!! ”

“Our first family trip inside of UK due to our children having a mid-term break. The staff are very friendly and it's very comfortable as a 4-star hotel. When we arrived at the hotel and we want to use a swimming pool but unfortunately, they are cleaning the pool so we can't use it for first day. Many families are there for their holiday so they should not clean during the weekend. The weather was so terrible with raining and windy so we could not go for the trip. Please keep it your mind that...

“The staff were perfect; so lovely and friendly. The food and drinks were incredible. But...the building is tired. The decor needs a revamp and the fixtures and fittings are in need of modernising. It's a real shame, because the staff are doing so much right, but the building itself needs a lot of investment. ”

“Tranquil place as there is limited things to do way out here. But good to walk to a nice pub. Hotel needs to put a lightbulb in a lamp, as the desk lights was not working.”
