“Unique place to stay. Small but perfect for what we needed. Everything worked fine. Wish it had an actual heating system rather than a portable heater. Got pretty cold and I was afraid to leave the heater on while we were out. This meant longer heating times. Convenient location to Winter Harbor and Ellsworth. Recommend pod-type coffee maker. It would be easier and less messy than bags of coffee.”

“We were in New England for 10 days and this was the most expensive room, and the worst room. Our “balcony” was 2 chairs next to the parking lot. Little interaction with staff. While the location was great, we were not impressed with the room nor the property.”

“My Wife and I stayed here twice this past September (2 nights the week of the 17th and 2 nights the following week) and both times we had a wonderful experience. The grounds around the Motel are well maintained, attractive and peaceful with a nice sitting area facing a beautiful lake. Very clean rooms and grounds. Great comfortable beds, good sized rooms and amenities TV, refrigerator, microwave oven and coffee maker. On each visit the front desk person, and essentially the onsite manager, were...

“Did not expect mattress pad warmers… really nice on cold October nights.”

“Best place to stay around Acadia. We had a great time and great view from our stay.”

“Great hotel that is convenient to Acadia National Park and all the amenities of Bar Harbor. Loved the onsite restaurant for breakfast and dinner.”

“Very nicely renovated and upgraded. Heater didn’t run more than lukewarm and hot water was slow to get warm. Outside seating was very nicely decorated and designed. Would definitely stay here again.”

“별로 갈곳이 못되요 낡고 오래되고 수리는안하고 근데 캐나다 전체가 그러니 울며겨자먹기로 가는거지 ㅠ 불쌍한 여행자들이여”

“Staff was awesome. When we arrived the clerk at the desk spent at least 10 min explaining the town layout suggestions for food and sights and timing on when to do certain things. It was so helpful and she was spot on with all recommendations.”

“Overall, we were very pleased with the property. The bathroom looked brand-new and everything was very clean and the staff was pleasant. Our room was quiet. The breakfast consisted of boxed cereal, individually wrapped pastries, etc. As for protein, peanut butter was available to put on toast, they had a quality brand yogurt and on my last day I noticed that there was a microwaveable burrito. Not a particularly appetizing selection. Think of the breakfast as grab-and-go kind of snacks. I could...
