“The hotel West Baden is awesome they have 24 hour trolley that runs every 15 minutes and will take you anywhere in the area.”

“The newly renovated rooms were clean and have a trendy design. The valet was super helpful and prompt even in the snowy cold weather. The greeting at check in and out was upbeat and they went out of their way to explain the processes and expectations. I also appreciated that I was asked by the reception what the hotel could have added to the room to make it a better stay for everyone as they continue to update the rooms. Which for me was extra charging ports on the night stand tables and more...

“As we walked in to the lobby, we were greeted by Amy. She was so friendly and helpful! And a little bit after we got settled in our room she teext and ask if there was anything we needed. ! Our view from the room was the river which was so nice to wake up to. This is our favorite place to come!”

“The desk manager was great. He called when we hadn’t checked in by 10:00 to confirm we were still coming and provided food recommendations. The room was clean, beds comfortable. Stayed here on parents weekend and while rates were high for this property, they did not jack up the rates nearly as much as many others. An older family owned place, good choice for an economy motel only 3 miles from campus. ”
