"We actually stayed at the Crown Plaza Hotel since the HI Express was closed for renovations. The front desk clerk helped us find a Saturday evening mass and arranged taxi transportation to and from church. She was very persistent in making sure we were taken care of!"

"The hotel was convenient to shopping and transportation. We had a double twin room and it was a very tight fit. Not much space in the bathroom to put any items."

Room was missing towels for 1 of our guests and the reception team dealt with it and delivered the towels promptly. "The premises were super clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was a busy place and wait times could be long - the staff were doing the best they could with huge influxes of people and limited number of tables. The menu should vary more though. "

"We walked from the airport to the hotel and the hotel parking lot, which we had to cross, had no lights at all. It was after 11 p.m and very dark thus making it a hard walk It was also hard to operate the doors with all my luggage and no one from reception offered any help. . The room service pizza was greasy and unsatisfying. Room excellent. "
