"I don't know why this property does not have a 9 rating. For this price point you get a big room and balcony overlooking the most blue water for under $100. Yes, some things are not brand new but I rather spend my money on this place and go enjoy my favorite restaurants around the island (Sonny's Pizza my favorite in the world).
