We are Choice hotel platinum members but are now considering switching to Holiday Inn hotels for our future stays. "

When I got there, tired after been driving for several hours and expecting to get a clean room to sleep in… NOBODY respond the bell, neither the phone hanging in one window outside of the building to ask for help with the check in process. O wait there for over 40 minutes before called Expedía to ask them for help."
