“This will be my 4th stay at the riu and I have to say it was my worst stay. The facility is starting to age and it shows. The food wasn't as good as it nearly is. We did have a server who we tried to sit in her area every morning for breakfast as she was kind and very helpful and our kids loved her. She was the delight of the trip.”

“The place is great in terms of where it is located. Easy access to shops in walking distance. The overall stay was okay. The room we stayed didnot appear was sound proof. We could hear other guests talking from inside the room(guests talking outside the door). The staffs were all great. Access to beach was easier. Someone from the resort would help you cross the busy road/street to the beach. Food ( breakfast, lunch and dinner) was good at the resort. If only the bar and the buffet place were...

“My husband and I came for our honeymoon and had an amazing time! We stayed in a sky box king suite on the 6th floor and the view was amazing! We loved the peacefulness of the resort, the staff was all amazing, and the beach and ocean are literally out of a dream! Typically, we are pool people but I will say the pool temp was pretty warm and so by default we went to the beach…omg, that beach is exceptional! So blue, so clear, so clean, and so refreshing! If you are looking for a party/nightlife...

“The rooms were immaculate and well kept. Most of the staff was kind and professional. Courteous. I saw plenty amenities provided for young children. Although I didn't have any children of my own there. Breakfast was excellent, especially at the Blue lagoon. The bathrooms on property were exceptionally well kept and clean continuously.”
