“Excellent location and quality of accommodation. Had a fabulous time. Staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. Food in the restaurants high quality. Spa was lovely. Could do with a heated towel rail in the bathrooms but that’s a small thing really. Overall excellent. Would definitely come back.”

The food in The Azure Restaurant was delicious. I would highly recommend the hotel and I would definitely return.”

“Really nice hotel and the spa is fantastic. A couple of suggestions to make it even better 1. Some of the guests said they had no aircon. Our room was great, but it sounded like a few rooms were without, which wasn't so good in the hot weather. 2. It would be nice to have more water in the rooms. We had 2 plastic bottles of water in day 1. Maybe a glass bottle which could be refilled (better than plastic bottles) would be better 3. We were a little surprised that last orders at the bar was...

“Gardens, pool & aviary all in fine condition, a pleasant and interesting layout to the whole site. Room decor a little tired and this was an old-style small single bed with a mattress approaching the end of its service life. Could hear noises from guest in next room but nothing too intrusive. Food at dinner very nice if a bit portion-controlled. Cheerful staff were helpful and kept up a good atmosphere. Was my 2nd visit and I hope to return”

“Hotel staff were excellent but the fabric of the hotel left much to be desired. We were made very welcome and staff were most helpful, it's just a pity that some furniture was quite shabby and needs updating. One major problem was the bathroom where taking a shower was potentially dangerous, the baths are difficult to step in and out of due to their design which slopes too steeply.”

“The property was clean & generally well maintained, however it is an older property that would benefit from some updates, such as air conditioning I stayed during a very hot period & although there was a fan in my room it was not adequate, the windows also only open a little The rooms are generally well equipped, however would also benefit from having a small fridge The staff were very friendly & helpful & were always willing to offer information & help when needed The breakfast is very good...

“Immaculate hotel and the staff were always courteous and helpful. Ideally situated for us in the heart of the St Helier, near the marina, bus station and ferry ports. The breakfast was extensive and the evening buffet excellent and good value for residents at £32 per head.”

“Sehr gut direkt am Strand gelegenes hübsches Hotel mit Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, um die ganze Insel zu erkunden. Das Hotel ist selbst ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles sehr sauber und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück und Möglichkeit, dort auch das Abendessen oder einen Drink einzunehmen.”
