One of the best boutique hotels I have stayed at! We were passing through Shymkent Kazakhstan and found this lovely place. Hotel staff were pleasant and kind. Definitely did not disappoint! We would stay here again! 10/10

Wonderful room. Shower was amazing. Bed was comfortable. Great night's stay.

I’ve stayed at hundreds of luxury hotels around the world and I think this hotel, the Ritz Carlton in Astana, might top them all. A great, modern, clean and comfortable place to stay. The bed even had a feather topper which was great. Top notch place to stay in Shymkent

Very clean, great location and friendly staff

Great Service! Staff is very helpful and polite. Large rooms and convenient floor plan. Close to everything. Property has spa, pool and restaurant with great food.

I liked the free mini bar that saved a lot of time during my travel.

Hotel is clean, and staff are accommodating .
