“Good location. Clean and modern. Close to shopping malls and restaurants. ”

“From the hotel's location, it was simple and a short drive to get to the riverfront area of Covington and into Cincinnati. There was no view of the Ohio River from the property, which I thought might be visible, but the property was well lit, clean, and my family felt safe on the premises.”

“Booked 4 rooms for this hotel 8/19 night and arrived late in the night but only 2 rooms were left for staying over the night. Asked to staff at front but he replied that it was the contract between you and hotels.com and he couldn't help me anymore. 2 rooms were sold to another visitors and no explanation for me in prior to arrival at hotel. I called to customer help desk of Hotels.com but they were not professional to handle this and my friend and myself had to go to another hotel. This hotel...
