“Bed was great. Water pressure a bit weak and breakfast was so so. Everything else was as expected”

“It was a non-smoking room, but the air conditioner kept smelling like cigarettes. The check-in counter staff were rude. The facilities are equivalent to a 3-star hotel.”

“Excellent customer service! Kindness is the top. Strategic location with dozens of shops and restaurants around.”

“Hotel is situated in near sea side which is just 10min. walk from the hotel. Hotel is very clean and cozy. Especially bed and pillow is good for resting and deep sleep. One thing, Internet access is poorer than other similar grade hotels and there is no free wireless service inside hotel. Some minutes of WIFI complimentary service to all guests is recommended.”
