"The hotel room is nice and quiet. In addition to a long queue for check in, some of the elevators have their card reader not working properly. This makes getting back to the room a struggle every time. It happened to quite a few hotel guests. "

"Excellent Staff. I forgot a bag and called and they had it for me. Breakfast was superb. The downside was it seemed a little out dated compared to other hotels in Macao. Location is in the old part of Macau. (Not so great for me) however, there are shuttle buses to go to other hotels. Ac NOT great. Other than that, rooms are comfortable and I like beds and sheets."

"Walkable to most places. Notice there is a bus stop just outside hotel. Hotel may take advantage to make a list of some sorts to take advantage of bus routes."
