Just popped in for a quick one night stay - to visit friends nearby. The location was amazing - very cute town with fun shops and cafes. Nearby is a beautiful public library and playground in the middle of a redwood forest - great to walk through. Room was large (19) with high ceilings and large bathroom . Free continental breakfast served in the sunroom in the AM. Unfortunately we missed out on the wine and cheese hour. Would gladly stay again!

Judy at the front desk was amazing. Her excellent customer service was such a relief after a terrible experience down the street. She really saved the night.

The room was clean and fresh. The bed linens were crisp and clean. The room was equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, iron, flat screen tv, and hair dryer. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Elm House. The staff was pleasant, the room was nice, the property was all we needed. We didn’t need to be downtown in Napa or Sonoma because we traveled all over the areas for a week. We went from the coast to the redwoods, small towns, canyon roads, to wineries all over. The breakfast at the Inn was nice too. The atmosphere at the Inn was calming and soothing. We didn’t spend a lot of our time at the Inn, but it was always nice to come back to the...

The Bel Abri Napa was an excellent site for our weekend getaway, providing efficient and simple check in (after hours) and handling our needs. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and in direct route of our travels in and out of Napa and the surrounding areas. It sits just 2 minutes from downtown Napa's eateries, entertainment, and wine-focused businesses. The Bel Abri staff was warm and hospitable and we enjoyed our stay for two nights.

So the Inn and receptionists, waitstaff fine dining restaurant were great. Food was phenomenal too. But the majority of the staff at the restaurant across the street were cold, unfriendly and a bunch of prudes. I politely asked one of the waiters if i could sit at the bar and he said “Well can you? Like physically. Go see the hostess she needs to do a headcount.” I go see the hostess and she was like hmm 1 person not sure let me see. Made a face and spoke to her colleague. Exceptional hotel. Primarily, the staff was professional and courteous with personality. Ricky was outstanding at check-in, Giselle was enjoyable at the wine bar, and Kevin was kind at check-out.
The room was quiet and very well designed. Little details in the design were smart and made it super comfortable. Love the blackout shades and the shade in the “window” of the bathroom. Their guest service is a 20/10. I called earlier in the week to ask about arriving early and parking. They were gracious and accommodating, saying we could check into our room if it was ready when we arrived. On arrival, the doorman (shamefully I didn’t get his name) was welcoming, friendly and efficient. I had injured my knee a couple of days earlier and was on crutches and he did everything he could to help me. At the front desk, Jared and Dominique were warm, welcoming, professional and...

We spent a few nights for a weekend escape with our dog from San Francisco.
The location is ideal for exploring the wineries in Sonoma and Healdsburg by car.
The staff was extremely welcoming, and the property was clean and exactly what we were looking for during our brief staycation.
There are food options and a casino nearby.
I highly recommend this place for families, couples, and pet owners.

I stayed in a standard queen room and it was spotless. The second thing I noticed was a Nespresso machine for my morning coffee I own one at home so made me feel right at home. As a woman traveling alone I loved the safety aspect of the parking garage. I will stay here again could not find negatives at all.

Close to shopping and restaurants. Staff was very accommodating as we arrived a couple hours before check in and they were able to get us a room rather quickly. We were okay if they were not able to but I appreciate they were able to make the effort.
