“I did not appreciate them charging me $10.00 to park in their lot! Why? That charge should be included in the price of the stay at the hotel. Also, in most hotels stays, you will find two bottles of water complimentary in each room. Why not here? This is not the first time I stayed here. In the past there was no charge to park and bottles of water waiting for you. In fact you would find them in the refrigerator!”

“We stay here every time we come through town. The hotel and surrounding restaurants are great!”

“Great location in downtown Indy. They allowed us to check in early without any difficulty. Great parking availability and ease with location. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and well stocked, with staff readily available. Will definitely stay here again.”
