We waited for 2 hours without even unpacking our luggage, and eventually we visited the reception twice more, but it was not processed. After waiting for another 30 minutes, we made a request to the head manager and our request was processed right away. The Chinese staff member just made us wait and did nothing, neglecting us and wasting our precious time. I hope that he will be punished accordingly."
