Yes, it is in between high way 95 and a busy road; but I also feel the window or its insulation may not be good enough. But... ...The room was clean and smoke-smell free, overall a very much better stay. Simply stated, if you want an ordinary room with a good bed, clean, comfortable, and a quiet frige (usually unplug them) this place works."
