“Our room was very clean and ready for occupancy when we arrived. We went from there to the Waterpark, where there was staff with cleaning supplies in hand, wiping down tables and mopping up floors in the surrounding areas. The lobby, spa area and gift shop were also very clean. The staff was very friendly and met all of our requests for extra amenities. We were very pleased and felt very comfortable with the cleanliness and security during our stay at Soaring Eagle Waterpark and Resort. We will...

“OK for the price. No breakfast and the breakfast place they co-own had HORRIBLE reviews. Had to walk outside to get to the pool/whirlpool and then it had a musty/chlorine smell. Occupants of the room above us were very noisy, even after a call to the front desk,”

“This is definitely a work in progress. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel was quiet for the most part and the staff was very friendly. It's clear a family has taken on the job of restoring this property to a new, beautiful standard. I was pleased with the location, the price and our room. The elevator is a little scary at the moment, but I'm sure it will be fixed. I look forward to seeing it fully restored.”

“Didn't like that we had to check in to the hotel next door for the hotel we were staying at. PLUS, it's no longer called the Fairview. It has a different name which threw us off. ”
